I would like Sittingbourne Heritage Museum (Registered Charity no. 1070698) to reclaim tax through Gift Aid on all subscriptions I pay and all donations I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise.

I confirm that I am a UK Taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.

Three ways to pay:

Method 1 (bank transfer)

New and existing members may pay their annual subscription and any donations by bank transfer directly to our bank account  – sort code 60-19-25 – Natwest account number 30835879. Then please let us know you have paid using the blue form below.

Method 2 (Online)

Pay annual subscription and any donations using the Paypal button, using a bank card or your own Paypal account (please just add a little donation (£1?) to cover the Paypal charge.

This is technically a “donate” function button – but please go ahead and pay the total amount (subscription+any donation) and we’ll sort it out! Use the blue form to tell us what you’ve done

Method 3 (By post and cheque)

Simply write a cheque, payable to “Sittingbourne Heritage Museum” and send this to the Museum with your name and address.
